I hadn't received the serialcode of the game I bought for 5 hours since I finished the payment.

I wonder what's the trouble.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The serials are send in a email by "BMT Micro" after your purchase is completed and confirmed.
Please check your spam folder as a email from BMT Micro might be seen as spam by your email client.
