I Purchased A Points Packages But The Amount Has Not Been Added To My Account

This can happen due to two reasons:

- Sometimes PayPal changes from ip address during purchases and as a security precaution, points purchased during that transition are put on hold for manual verification by one of our team members.

- You forgot to press the "Return to website" button on the paypal payment confirmation page

In both cases, please create a support ticket and let us know your email, account username and the PayPal transaction number.
